Fall is a great time to be energized to either start a fitness routine or change up your current exercise plan. Fall has amazing weather and is a great time for outdoor walks, hikes, running, trail runs, cycling and more. You may have been doing outdoor workouts during the summer but fall brings new scenery with the leaves changing colors and falling in many places along with some cooler days.
