March 8th is International Women’s Day. It’s a day for women to be celebrated and to be recognized for our achievements, impact, strength, power, and value worldwide.

International Women’s Day campaign theme for 2022 is #BreakTheBias with a focus on the importance of gender equality.

There are so many ways to celebrate this day – such as spending time with or reaching out to important women in your life or focusing on your health and wellness.

I am very grateful for all the strong and powerful women in my life.

This is year my focus is on acknowledging the amazing strength, courage, and perseverance of the women in Ukraine.
